Pilates toning workout
Joining a pilates class can help you tone your body because since this form of exercise does not use a lot of resistance, you'll build long, lean muscles rather than starting to develop fuller looking muscles. Do keep in mind, however, that if you don't change your diet, pilates may not help you lose weight all that rapidly because it won't burn as many calories per session as an intense cardio or weight lifting workout would. That does not mean pilates is not great exercise, however, as it would be the perfect addition to your current workout program.
Pilates workouts Joining a pilates class is an excellent idea if one of your main goals is to work on toning. Pilates will have you moving through a wide range of motion, strengthening the muscles throughout the body while preventing bulkiness.
