Investment trusts

Investment trusts are collective investment funds which pool together money from hundreds or thousands of investors. That money is then used to buy shares in a range of companies which the fund manager hopes will perform well. Investment Trusts can be a sensible way to make money from a stockmarket-linked investment. It can be ideal if you're saving for the future, but you need to make sure you choose an amount of risk you're comfortable with.
