Fat burner classes

Fat burner exercises are geared towards burning calories and fat and localising the areas of the body that require toning up to give you the body you want.

This a class that is solely designed as a fat burner. It does so by elevating the heart rate for the 45 minute core phase of the class. Classes normally include a warm up, hi/low aerobics, sit ups and cool down.

The claim that these workouts do actually burn more fat, is down to the fact that a greater percentage of the total calorific burn during exercise comes from fat during low intensity work, when compared to higher exercise intensities which burn progressively more carbohydrate.

By losing weight through burning fat you can allow your body mass index to lower, making you leaner and more able to take part in exercise as you'll find your oxygen intake is improved as is your fitness levels and circulation.

The aerobic exercise can help to keep your heart healthy and make sure you look and feel great with improved energy levels that means you can exercise for longer and perform better during physical exertions.
